Join Jake Mulder, co-author of Future-Focused Church, for a morning training event at Camp Geneva on the release day of the book. Be among the first leaders to hear the content! This training session is designed for your whole church or ministry team–including Senior and Executive Pastors, those who work with young people, worship or missions, elders and deacons, staff and volunteers–and anyone else who cares about the present and future of your church.
Despite the rapid and distressing changes many churches have experienced in the past few decades, the best days of your church can be ahead. Hard-working pastors and leaders know they need to embrace diversity, creatively engage younger generations, and equip their people to love their neighbors. But since they often don’t know how to make the changes needed without causing too much stress and conflict, they feel stuck and drained.
Based on research with 1,000 churches, this workshop will offer a clear roadmap to faithfully and effectively navigate change so you can revitalize your church or ministry. You’ll hear about progress in churches like yours, and gain practical steps to activate a transformation team, discern where God is leading, communicate a compelling vision, and experiment toward a more fruitful, faithful, and lasting future.
