Why Choose Geneva for a Group Retreat?
Campus ministries and church youth groups continue to come back to Geneva because we handle the logistics, giving leaders the time and space to create a formational weekend their students are sure to remember.
You get to plan and lead your own teaching and worship sessions giving you confidence that your time on retreat meets your group where they're at.
Seated directly on Lake Michigan's shore, you're sure to experience the splendor of creation. Located just 5 miles north of Holland, we're less than 3 hours from both Chicago and Detroit!
We host anywhere from a handful of students up to 500 guests across our two campuses.
Beach, woods, campfires, and open sky on Lake Michigan give your group room to unplug and be together.
Fall kickoff weekends, winter retreats, spring semester getaways: this campus is built for overnight groups.
Everything Your Weekend Includes
Lodging, meeting space, meals, and recreation all come with your stay.
Where Your Group Stays
Our campus spans two sites, so you can pick the setting that fits. Shores runs along 1,200 feet of Lake Michigan beachfront; Pines sits in 35 acres of woods around Big Pine Lake.

Shores Cabins
Up to 24 per cabin. A shared lobby connected to two separate sleeping areas — each with its own bathrooms and showers. Carpeted, heated, and close to Lake Michigan.

Pines Cabins
Up to 10 people per cabin. An open concept floor plan provides space for both socializing and sleeping. Each cabin has its own restrooms and showers. Carpeted, heated, and nestled in the woods.

Mission Point
Space for up to 36. Three separate sleeping areas each with their own restrooms and showers. Comfortable lounge areas and a second-story deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking Lake Michigan.

Retreat Center Rooms
Hotel-style with a full bath and private balcony or patio. Bedding and towels included, elevator access, a fireside lobby, and meeting space under the same roof.

The Cottage
One bath, a partial kitchen, and a cozy living area with a murphy bed. Groups often put a retreat speaker here.
Space to Gather

Full-group worship & teaching

Breakouts & small groups
The Harbor Room seats 100 and splits in two with a divider. Creation Corner seats 75, the East Wing seats 25 with soft seating, and the Anchor and Coast Rooms hold 10 and 5 around a fireplace with whiteboards.
Meals, Handled
Nobody on your team has to cook or clean. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared in house by our dining services team and are served chef's choice, buffet-style in our dining rooms. Coffee runs 24/7 in our Geneva Center lobby.
Have students who eat dairy free, gluten free, or vegetarian? Send us those details at least a week ahead of time, and our chefs will take care of them at no extra cost.
