Camp Geneva is a ministry with a critical mission, that of sharing with children the core belief that their identity and purpose is in Jesus Christ. At GENEVA, we invite folks (both youth and adults) to step away from the busyness of their everyday lives to hear God’s call. Our staff gets to be part of an energetic team serving with purpose in one of the most beautiful environments of God’s creation on Lake Michigan. We get a lot done and have fun while doing it.
Interested candidates may either apply in person or send resume and cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our Mission at GENEVA is to create an environment where the presence of God is experienced, the love of Christ is demonstrated, and a Spirit-filled life is inspired. We accomplish this mission through a team of summer staff that is excited to live out their faith in a community of campers and other staff. A summer here provides opportunities to grow in your faith, develop your leadership skills, and build life-long friendships.
A wide variety of staff roles carry out the ministry of GENEVA. Staff are able to focus on one role, or serve in multiple positions over the course of the summer.

The Retreat Ministry Hospitality Host position is designed for college-age candidates. It seeks to provide experiences in Christian growth, hands-on camping ministry, and personal development opportunities. This position is seasonal and runs for the retreat ministry time frame from late August through the end of May.
Hosts are responsible for representing GENEVA in greeting guests and meeting the needs of our retreat groups during weeknights and weekends on a rotating team schedule. On-site housing will be provided in exchange for this role. In addition, the host will be provided meals anytime GENEVA is serving retreat groups.
