Registration for summer camp is quickly approaching, and we want you to be aware of some changes for 2026.

 

  • Your session options will look a bit different while registering. When your camper visits the camp store next summer, instead of using a punch card on the back of their nametag, they will use a tab that we will keep track of electronically. At registration, instead choosing a $20, $30 or $40 punch card as a session option, you will choose a session for your child(ren) and then click ahead to the next screen where you’ll have the option to add funds for them to use at the camp store (any amount between $10 and $100). You’ll be able to add funds at any point after your child is registered, but the store funds are non-refundable and will expire at the conclusion of your child’s week at camp. Additionally, the cost for tie-dye is included in the registration fee for your child’s week at camp, so you will no longer see it as a session option add-on.

 

  • We have updated our absence and early departure policies. If you choose to pull your child out of camp for an absence at any point during the week or if you pick your child up from camp earlier than the designated pick-up time, there will be an absence or early departure fee of $25.00 per child. In order to maintain safe staff-to-camper ratios, we have had to hire additional staff to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs throughout the week.
