Summer Camp Cancellation Form

Please complete this form if you would like to cancel your camper's summer camp registration. All refunds are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will be given if cancellation is requested 14 days prior to the start of camp. If cancellations are received less than 14 days before your camp begins, refunds will only be given for medical reasons or family emergencies. The $15.00 processing fee for payment plans is non-refundable. Please fill out one form per camper you would like to cancel.
