Entering Grades 7-9

GENEVA Pines is a fun, energetic, and faith-inspiring week! Campers and staff build authentic relationships with one another while growing our faith. Some highlights of our time together will include trying out the zipline into the water, giving our all at songs and skits, exploring our creativity in the art room, taking on the climbing tower, strategizing with teammates for capture the flag, and so much more! We can’t wait to have you here!

Camp Experiences

7th-9th grades

Pines campers focus on their identity in Christ and growing in faith while immersed in God’s creation. Activities include Bible study, worship and skits, the climbing tower and the blob, arts & crafts and tie-dye while spending time with friends and amazing staff.

The CONNECT day camp program serves middle and high school male campers with High-functioning Autism. Campers focus on social skills, physical activity, and spiritual growth, under the care of counselors with experiences and expertise that make them passionate about serving in this program. On Friday campers have the option to stay the night in a cabin for added activity and experience.

4 1/2-days & 4-nights. These camp sessions are a little shorter than the others. We’ll still pack tons of fun into the week and build great friendships as we praise our Creator together!

Packing List GENEVA Pines

What to Bring

All items should be labeled with camper’s full name

  • Bible & Pen
  • Bedding and pillow (maybe a twin size sheet for hot weather)
  • Sunscreen & Bug Spray
  • Pajamas
  • Comfortable clothes geared for activity (dress clothes are not needed). Be prepared for chilly evenings.
  • Both tennis shoes & sandals
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Swimsuit (1-piece suits for girls)
  • Towels (beach and bath)
  • Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.
  • spare sock or bandana – for playing Capture the Flag
  • Plastic bag for wet items

Note: This packing list is also included in the Printable Confirmation Packet below and in the confirmation we emailed shortly after you registered.

Optional Items

  • Spending money—but we prefer you purchase a punch card
  • T-shirts or pillow cases with the GENEVA logo can be purchased for $7. If you prefer to bring your own, it must be 100% cotton.
  • Fan and extension cord
  • Frisbee or other sports items
  • Stationery, postcards, stamps, etc. (to write home!)

What Not to Bring

These items are not permitted and will be held by the counselor and returned at the end of the week.

  • Cell phones
  • Tablets, Kindles, or other electronic devices
  • Knives, weapons and like items

Once your child is registered, you will receive a complete Pines Confirmation Packet with everything else you need to know before coming to camp.

Printable Confirmation

  • This Printable Pines Confirmation contains all the information you need to know before your week of camp except for your personal information.
  • Personal information such as the session you are registered for and your receipt will be emailed to you within 2 weeks after you register, and again as a reminder a few days before your session begins.
  • Once a camper is registered, all communication will be done via the email address entered in the online registration form.

Camp Store Punch Cards

Punch Cards (spending money for the camp store) are available for all overnight campers. A $15, $30. or $40 Punch Card may be purchased with your registration.
